How do I book an experience?

Find an experience you like, open its page, and select "Check availability" to pick a date, time, and number of guests, then send your host a booking request through chat.

How do I pay my host?

Ajili.ma doesn't process any payments. Once you and your host agree on the details through chat, you pay them directly, in person, when you meet.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Just message your host directly — since arrangements are made in person, they're happy to work out a new date or cancel with you.

How do I contact my host?

You can message your host directly from your inbox to ask questions or arrange meeting details.

How do I become a host?

Tap "List your experience" in the header to start sharing your own local experience with travelers.
