Moroccan host and passionate cook from Marrakech, dedicated to sharing the authentic flavors, traditions, and stories behind Moroccan cuisine. Together with my mother, I welcome travelers into a warm and friendly atmosphere where cooking becomes a way to discover Moroccan culture, family traditions, and everyday life. I love meeting people from around the world and creating genuine experiences they will remember long after their visit.

We’ll explore colorful seasonal produce, prepare fresh ingredients, and discover the techniques behind Morocco’s iconic flavors in a welcoming kitchen. You’ll take an active part in preparing a selection of colorful dishes by chopping, mixing, seasoning, and plating, while learning how spices, herbs, vegetables, and preserved ingredients come together. Meet front off Patisserie le notre SYBA
Welcome to our cooking class in which you will meet chef with more than 30 years of experience. We have written in details all the things we'll be doing from grocery shopping to the art of cooking. First, we will meet you next to Le Notre Patisserie then we'll go in a shopping spree to buy all the groceries needed such as meat and vegetables. Our menu will consist of a starter, a main course and a Moroccan dessert. We will teach you the secrets of our cooking experience and walk you through the whole process from scratch and help you create an unforgettable day. We will make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable cooking class from making your own spices to the hang of eating with your hands. Market available next door Public holidays not available Vegetarian and Vegan are welcome.
